CONTRACT ON STAGE PRESENTATION OF COPYRIGHT WORKS TO THE NEW CROATIAN COPYRIGHT’ LEGISLATION

Abstract

The author analyzes in his work the agreement of theatrical performance. The contract under which the exploitation of copyright is granted is called a copyright agreement. The copyright agreement must be made in writing and must contain at least the act applying to its use and the person authorized to use the copyright work. The copyright agreement must be made in writing and must contain at least the act applying to the use made and the person authorized to use the copyright work . By the agreement of theatrical performance of the author's work, the author establishes for the user the right of public stage presentation of a given author's work. The user agrees to display the author's work on stage in a way, within and under the conditions stipulated by the agreement and to pay the fee for the established right unless otherwise specified by the agreement
