Abstract

The ombudsman in the Czech Republic is a new legal institution This article is dedicated to that phenomenon. Here it is expained the basic characteristics of legal status and the legal definition of the ombudman’s activity. The word is also about it’s competences and about the characterstics of ombudsman’s measures.
