SYSTEMATICS PROBLEMS OF CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST THE ECONOMY IN FORMER YUGOSLAVIA REPUBLICS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO SERBIA

The paper will be shown how the former Yugoslav republics resolved the question of systematization of crimes against the economy in their national legislation. To experience the republics of former Yugoslavia are undecided is primarily because it comes to countries that are in the past rested on a common self-governing socialism, with the delegate system of representation, a planned economy and the specific system of worker self management. Therefore, it is undisputed expediency comparative approach to the analysis of these countries to adapt to the new socio-economic system. In this respect, it was determined that there are some differences in the number and type of crimes that are classified in a group of crimes against the economy, and these solutions were combined with those that exist in our criminal legislation.
