Abstract

In the second part of this monograph, the author firstly deals with standards for review of the decision on the appeal before the Appellate court in the legal system of the USA. Then the author analyzes the appellate procedure, decisions on appeal, and costs of the appellate procedure. Finally, the author analyzes the cases in which the U.S.Supreme Court have the jurisdiction for review of the decision on the appeal.
