Abstract

In the first part of the article the author explains the Good law doctrine built in the comparative jurisprudence and the documents of the European Union, that has for the purpose to achieve legislation as good as possible and, particularly, explains fundamental criteria of the good law. In the second part of the article the author explains fundamental principles of enhancing the legislative process as the system in which good law is created, with particular regard to the principles and the recommendations of the European Commission and the OCDE that he suggests for adoption in Serbia and; in the end, he suggests specific suggestions for modifications of the legislative process in Serbia.
